Cancellation Policy:

• 100% deposit refund for cancellations made 30+ days before the retreat start date.
• 50% deposit refund for cancellations made 15-29 days before the retreat start date.
• 0% deposit refund for cancellations made 0-14 days before the retreat start date.

Rescheduling Policy:

We offer free rescheduling for guests who request a date change 30+ days before the retreat start date and subject to availability.

For rescheduling requests made less than 30 days before the retreat, a $150 fee will apply to compensate for the inconvenience. Rescheduling is always subject to availability.

Reimbursement for Unsatisfactory Experience:

If a guest experiences significant dissatisfaction during their retreat, reimbursement will be calculated prorata, taking into account both the number of nights spent and any therapies received. Each case will be assessed individually to ensure a fair resolution.

All reimbursements will be processed through the original booking payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
